Service Description
Microneedling is used to treat and improve conditions like fine lines, large pores, acne scarring, loose skin, stretch marks and skin texture. It’s also called skin needling, collagen induction therapy (CIT). Microneedling is a procedure that uses fine needles to puncture the skin and create a controlled skin injury to rejuvenate skin and build new collagen and elastin in your skin so your skin looks and acts younger. Scar tissue and large pores are remodeled becoming less noticeable and visibly smoother. Most anyone can have the procedure performed as long as they do not have any active infections, lesions, or any known wound healing problems. Microneedling is typically performed in a series of four to six sessions, spaced about a month apart. Microneedling can be done on most any part of the body for the purposes mentioned above.
